Trick or Treating in the daytime is such a brilliant idea! Downtown Oakville invites parents & kids down to Lakeshore every Halloween to dress up and trick or treat at the store fronts and every year momstown comes down!
It's a busy morning with sidewalks crammed with strollers, wagons and over-excited kids but one of the best outings of the year. We love Tots on Parade!
