We joined forces with momstown Burlington and momstown Milton and pulled a few strings to book an entire day just for momstown at Mountsberg Conservation's Christmas Town - what a treat!
There as Elf Academy to explore, then a horse drawn wagon ride through the forest, the busy Elf Workshop. Mrs Claus' kitchen with crafts and snacks and finally, a personal visit with Mr Claus himself!
It wouldn't be Christmas in momstown without our annual Christmas cookie exchange! This year's was just as delightful as in the past with mountains of cookies and squares for every one!
We took another field trip over to Crockadoodle to create ceramic and pottery holiday gifts - the kids made some terrific handprint ornaments and other special keepsakes.
Our "All that Glitters" holiday event was a lot of fun as well. We love the space at the Little Gym which lets us spread out for parachute fun, circle and crafts. The kids made sparkly snowflakes to bring home to hang on their tree or window.
