Fisher Price Laugh & Learn Musical Table

We had lots of fun with this toy in the house!  From the moment it made its way down to my basement, it was my three year old son who wanted us to open it immediately.  He loved the phone that it came with and walked around the house calling his friends from preschool for a good 20 minutes!

The box says that the age range was 6-36 months so it was nice to see that my three year old was indeed interested in what this toy had to offer.

When my 10 month old daughter finally got her hands on it, she also enjoyed pushing the buttons to "call" friends but I think her favourite features would be the book (she loved turning the pages) and the keyboard.

As a parent, I was impressed that the toy had a "learning french" setting and of course was thrilled to know that the toy had different volume settings and that even the loudest setting wasn't too overbearing.  Since my daughter isn't completely steady standing on her own, we also took the legs off and just put the main piece on the floor.  That way she could sit and play on her own which she also enjoyed.

This toy does a great job at capturing the real life "toys" that little ones always want to play with - the computer and the phone!  The keyboard plays four different tunes including Chopsticks (you know, the song Tom Hanks plays on the life size keyboard in the movie Big) which I thought was cute since its always one of the first songs that kids learn to play on the piano.

This toy allows your child to learn letters, numbers, counting, first words, colors, shapes, opposites and animals.  It's a great addition to your toy collection that will get a lot of use and keep your little ones busy - there is so much to do!
