Too cold to play outside in the snow? Bring the snow inside and play!
Momstown Oakville's recent sensory activity brought snow indoors for kids to explore by way of using cups, spoons, and food colouring so they could build snow castles and explore the texture and temperature of snow.
We also had frozen paint popsicles (
get the recipe here) which were a huge hit with the kids. Add in a fun, snow themed craft where each child had the chance to decorate a snowman cut out using tissue paper, googly eyes, cotton balls and jewels.
