Our
momstown Oakville group met for Tales for Tots this month and the theme was 'on the pond'. We had so much fun exploring, playing, and learning about our pond friends. Our craft was a paper bag fish, and the kids loved gluing and creating their fish using tin foil and tissue paper for the gills and fins.
We had lots of toys on hand for the little ones, and a great morning out for our moms to connect, chat, and have some fun.

A Cuddle For Little Duck" by Caroline Pedler was a perfect book to share with our babies, toddlers, and pre-schoolers. The illustrations captured everyones attention, and the rhyming verses made it easy for our little ones to follow along. I know this book has inspired more than a few of our moms to visit a pond nearby this week!
Next month we have a new theme, and our activities will be filled with crafts, new stories, and lots of fun!
