Father's Day in Oakville: Beer!

Wondering what to do on Father's Day this year? I'm pretty sure these events will somehow end up at the top of the list! Every year on Father's Day, the Trafalgar Ales & Meads Brewery and Cameron's Brewing Company host on open house.

Trafalgar Ales & Meads

They offer samples from their entire range of beers and will walk you around the brewery showing you how their process works. There are also some salty snacks and a pig roast and the best part is they make one or two unique beers just for the event. Past years have included flavours like Habenero beer.

Trafalgar Ales & Meads produces an unparalleled selection of unique seasonal beers. Depending on the year, many of the listed products will appear in the LCBO, but Trafalgar’s in-house beer store will always carry them.

Some of their seasonal beers include:
Smoked Oatmeal Stout
Cherry Ale
Maple Bock
Abbey Belgian Ale

While it may be just the Dad's that want to sneak away for this event, it is open to everyone, families included, who want to come in for a visit and learn more about this great local brewery.  The event runs from 1:00pm - 4:00pm, please contact them for more details.

Camerson's Brewing Company

This local brewery will also be firing up the bbq and you can enjoy lunch or early dinner.  There will be a bouncy castle for the kids and a band with live music.  Tours of the brewery are also available as well as contests and cake too!  The event runs from 12:00pm to 5:00pm.
